Consultation
Your dream vacation starts here. Fill out our short travel inquiry form and then we will schedule a complimentary consultation to discuss your preferences. I’ll craft a personalized itinerary, considering your ideal destination, interests, budget, and travel style.
Planning
Once we've aligned on the vision, I'll move into the design phase. My Professional Planning Fee covers the hours of meticulous research, itinerary curation, and the leverage of my industry partnerships. This investment ensures that your trip is not just booked, but expertly managed from start to finish.
Proposal
Once we have finished your travel proposal, we will send it your way, incorporating any feedback you may have so all the details reflect your perfect trip. Once we finalize your itinerary, an invoice will be sent to you for your deposit and then that’s it—we’ll take it all from here!
Management
This is when I start managing every logistical detail of your trip: Trip deposits and payments, and booking every travel element for you, from your hotel and transfers to private tours and VIP excursions, travel insurance, and even dinner and spa reservations. I'll be your dream luxury travel concierge team!
Bon Voyage
As your luxury Concierge Travel Advisors, we are available 24/7 while you travel. I will equip you with all of the necessary travel documents prior to travel, as well as the emergency numbers for our in-destination suppliers. You can now rest easy and enjoy every second of your journey.
