Planning
STEP 2
Once we discuss your trip details, we’ll determine if a Planning Fee is needed—this often depends on the complexity of your trip. If applicable, once that’s taken care of, we’ll jump right into crafting your personalized itinerary! We'll work closely with our trusted travel partners to design an immersive escape that reflects your unique passions and interests.

Proposal
STEP 3
Once we have finished your travel proposal, we will send it your way, incorporating any feedback you may have so all the details reflect your perfect trip. Once we finalize your itinerary, an invoice will be sent to you for your deposit and then that’s it—we’ll take it all from here!

Management
STEP 4
This is when we start managing every logistical detail of your trip: Trip deposits and payments, and booking every travel element for you, from your hotel and transfers to private tours and VIP excursions, travel insurance, and even dinner and spa reservations.

Bon Voyage
STEP 5
As your Concierge Travel Advisors, we are available 24/7 while you travel. We will equip you with all of the necessary travel documents prior to travel, as well as the emergency numbers for our in-destination suppliers. You can now rest easy and enjoy every second of your journey.
